Cease
'Coelacanth' EP is now out. This is the first release for Perth-based
doom- sludge-drone merchants Cease
and Brothers is very excited to be behind it. The EP is a collection
of some recordings made through the middle of 2006 when they were still
operating as a drums and guitars duo, channeling the holy ghost of long
gone Dylan Carlson adventures and other inspirations such as Melvins,
Peanut Butter on Toast and the Elements of Nature. Cease
are a bit of a live favourite in Perth at the moment and the EP was
launched to a full-house Bakery crowd back on 10 August 2007. The EP
is presently available online from Brothers, in 78s in Perth, Missing
Link in Melbourne and via Aquarius
Records online.
Coming up soon on Brothers is the debut disc 'As I Remember, if
I remember correctly, I arrived sweetly' from Sydney-side guitar
loop technician: Mr Jeff
Burch. Details soon.

Brothers Eerie is back, however now existent under the moniker of 'Brothers'.
Brothers plain and simple. The idea though remains the same: small run/high
quality recordings - experimental, drone, noise, psych label based in
Perth, Western Australia. Couple of new releases ready to go from EOH
